Jason KeigherJASON KEIGHER is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He is also certified as a group fitness instructor. Jason began his fitness career at Equinox Fitness Clubs and worked as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club for over five years. Tysan LernerTYSAN LERNER has a dance background. She is the artistic director of a successful dance company and was trained on scholarship at the Joffrey Ballet; Feld Ballet; Martha Graham and Alvin Ailey schools. Tysan completed her personal training certification at NYU and is pre/post-natal certified. Tysan started exploring and teaching other modalities including Yoga, Pilates, and the Gyrotonic Expansion System which she integrates into her training techniques. The results are a leaner, more agile and coordinated body. Jessi AlbinJESSI ALBIN is a nationally certified personal trainer with the IFPA. She studied Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda with the Laughing Lotus Yoga College and Authentic Pilates with Romana Krzonowska at Dragos Gym in NYC after completing a 700 hour apprenticeship. Jessi began her career in fitness at Crunch Gyms as well as the New York Health and Racquet Club. She currently works for a physical therapist as well as a small private Pilates Studio, in addition to training clients privately. She integrates Eastern philosophy into Western fitness to combine strength, flexibility, balance and coordination for a more complete and holistic approach to her clients. Joshua MargolisJOSHUA MARGOLIS is a personal trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Psychology. Joshua is also prenatal and postpartum fitness certified. Richard AsheRICHARD ASHE is certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is attending College in pursuit of a Physical Education degree. He uses his knowledge of proprioceptive conditioning, strength training, Pilates, and other movement philosophies to raise peoples consciousness of healthy living. His goal is to design comprehensive fitness programs that will provide his clients with consistency in their exercise routine because that's the only way it is going to work. Elana Lindsay McCoyELANA LINDSAY McCOY trained at Yoga Zone in ISHTA yoga. From this style she has developed a class of flowing vinyasa, strengthening poses, and finishes with restorative relaxation. Elana offers modifications for beginners, and encourages students to advance at a steady pace. Her sessions allow you to be yourself. Elana has helped students lose weight, improve flexibility, understand the importance of proper breathing, as well as reduce stress. She is a Thai massage practitioner and uses these techniques in her restorative ending to a session. Hillary BaronHILLARY IRWIN MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Applied Anatomy and Physiology. Very fit herself, Hillary incorporates the diet/exercise connection into her education and counseling sessions. With her supportive, nurturing style, Hillary has helped people all over New York City make nutritious eating a consistent part of their lifestyle. She is experienced at teaching clients how to fit proper eating into a hectic schedule. Hillary graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and a concentration in dietetics.
