Personal Trainer Profiles
Jason began his pre/post natal fitness career over twelve years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in management and marketing from Touro College in 1998.
Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES), performance enhancement specialist (PES), senior fitness specialist (SFS) and women's fitness specialist (WFS).
Jason personally trained under Julie Tupler and holds a certificate that qualifies him to teach the Tupler Technique (the ONLY research based program proven to effectively treat a diastasis recti). He is certified by Annie Martens to teach Bella Bellies® Prenatal Pilates and Stretch, Momilates® Pilates for Mommies and Stroller Moves® classes. Additionally, he is certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal specialist and an integrated flexibility specialist. Jason is also a certified Power Plate, TRX and Kettlebell Instructor. He has earned his CPR and AED certifications from the American Heart Association.
Jason's specialties include pregnancy related weight loss/gain, body toning and shaping, strength and flexibility training, diastasis rehabilitation, pre/post natal postural correction, core and pelvic floor strengthening, Pelvic Pain (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) and high risk/multiples prenatal workouts. He is available for prenatal and postpartum personal training in your home, office, park or private gym throughout New York City.

Tysan has been a fitness and wellness professional since 1997. She was educated as a personal trainer at New York University and certified as a Holistic Health Counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Tysan has studied and performed with world-class ballet, modern dance, and classical Chinese dance professionals for over 25 years. As a result, Tysan has developed a deep understanding of the body.
Since the start of Tysan's training career, she has continued to expand her knowledge from the traditional modalities of fitness into more mind body focused training. She has studied yoga, gyrotonic expansion system, pilates, integrated movement conditioning and Chinese qi gong with Master teachers such as Kathy Grant (one of the four pilates "elders") and other internationally acclaimed teachers. As a result, sessions will include a unique approach to physical fitness.
